Author Guidelines & Publishing Policies

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal's prescribed template and formatting requirements. Submissions should be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The journal welcomes the following types of multidisciplinary submissions:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Short Communications
• Technical Notes
• Case Studies
• Interdisciplinary Research Papers

Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to proofread their manuscripts before submission. Papers should be concise, coherent, and technically sound throughout all sections.

The manuscript should contain the following structured sections:

The abstract should clearly summarize the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study (150–250 words). Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords immediately below the abstract to facilitate global indexing.

All figures and tables must be clearly labeled and numbered consecutively. Images should be of high resolution and suitable for publication. Mathematical equations should be properly formatted using MathType/Equation Editor and numbered consecutively. Authors are responsible for obtaining copyright permission to reproduce any copyrighted graphics.

References must be complete, accurate, and consistently formatted according to the journal's prescribed reference style. Authors are encouraged to cite recent and relevant literature across disciplines.

Before submission, authors should ensure that:

• The manuscript is original and unpublished.
• The manuscript falls within the multidisciplinary scope of IJMRI.
• All authors have approved the submitted version.
• The manuscript complies with all formatting guidelines.
• Necessary permissions have been obtained for copyrighted materials.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality and academic integrity:

Authors are expected to submit authentic research, properly acknowledge previous literature through citations, refrain from data fabrication or manipulation, and disclose any conflicts of interest. IJMRI adheres strictly to COPE standards.

All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, data collection, analysis, or manuscript drafting. Any change in authorship after initial submission must be formally approved by all co-authors and the editorial office.

Authors must explicitly declare any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the submitted work. If no conflicts exist, authors may state: "The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest."

When revisions are requested, authors should address all reviewer comments point-by-point in a response letter. Modifications in the revised manuscript should be clearly indicated.

A manuscript will be considered for publication only after successful completion of the peer-review process, compliance with ethical and formatting requirements, and final editorial board approval.

Authors retain responsibility for the originality of their work. By submitting their manuscripts, authors confirm that the work is original, permissions obtained, and it has not been submitted simultaneously to another journal.

The journal reserves the right to publish corrections or retract published articles in cases involving plagiarism, ethical misconduct, or significant scientific errors in transparent accordance with publication ethics guidelines.
